Warranty

ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A RETURN NUMBER.

AAH Fluid Power makes every attempt to deliver the highest quality parts and components. Each and every unit is tested before shipping. In the event that something fails to meet your expectations, we will make every effort to correct it. All our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of shipment. Should  a problem occur during this time please notify our Customer Service Department  immediately. DO NOT OPEN THE UNIT. Components disassembled prior to the evaluation by AAH Fluid Power will void this warranty. AAH Fluid Power will repair or replace the item without cost, dependent on the following terms.

  1. A Returned Goods Authorization must be obtained and included with the returned item(s).
  2. All items will be evaluated to determine the cause of failure. Warranty is at the discretion of AAH Fluid Power.  It is agreed between AAH Fluid Power and the purchaser that AAH Fluid Power has the expertise, knowledge and resources to determine whether the item has failed due to parts, materials or services provided; or whether the failure was due to causes that are not covered under this warranty. Causes not covered by this warranty are, but not limited to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, tampering, use of hydraulic oils or compounds that do not meet the original equipment manufacturer (OEM,) improper use or installation, system contamination or failure of the purchaser or end user to perform all regular and normal maintenance specified by the OEM. All start up guidelines and installation procedures from the OEM must be followed and documented.
  3. AAH Fluid Power will in no way be liable or responsible for repairs or replacement by others, equipment down time, loss of use, overtime, delays in production or any other consequential damages.
  4. Any item to be considered for warranty coverage must be delivered to our facility, freight prepaid, for inspection. Returns should be packaged to insure against damages during shipping.  All subassemblies should be packaged in a separate bag or box. All ports must be capped to prevent contamination from entering the unit.

Non Defective Returns:

In the event that a non-defective, un-used items must be returned, please notify the customer service department within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to obtain a Return Good Authorization number. These items must be delivered to our facility, freight prepaid, for inspection. Returns should be packaged to insure against damages during shipping. All subassemblies should be packaged in a separate bag or box. All ports must be capped to prevent contamination from entering the unit. Returned items must be returned in the original condition and are subject to a minimum restock fee of 25%. Components that have been painted or altered in any way are subject to additional restock fees.
